Having worked in the financial services industry for several years Leonard moved into the retail motor trade as a salesman. After over 8 years in the automotive industry he has successfully held several key positions including that of a General Sales Manager in a main Ford dealership and a Branch manager of another. Since the year 2000 he has been developing and marketing Autolog TCM & Autolog Showroom lead management & process improvement tools, dealing with large dealer groups and vehicle manufacturers alike.
