Q. Does the application support multiple Languages?
A. Yes the core of the application does support multiple languages however there will be some development cost related to multiple languages depending on the exact implementation.
Q. Which Internet browsers are supported?
A. The following browsers are supported:
Internet Explorer 5.5 and above
Netscape 8 and above
Opera 8.5 and above
Mozilla 1.7 and above
Mozilla Firezox 1.0 and above
Q. What connection speeds are assumed?
A. 56Kbps
Q. What screen resolution is required?
A. 800 x 600
Q. Who would be responsible for maintaining retailers Wiki pages?
A. The retailer themselves would maintain the Wiki pages of their own site.
Q. Would the public viewing the pages need any special plug-in such as Macromedia Flash to view the site content?
A. To view the content users would only need one of the browsers specified above.
Q. What images are supported?
A. Images need to be gif or jpg, to a maximum size of 100k.
Q. Who would perform admin functions such as maintaining the Retailers and Users
A. Theses functions are performed using the admin console. Depending on customer preference, this can either be directly within the customer organization or by request to Loyalty Logistix
